We Are Everywhere is a community platform designed to help people across England and Wales discover and connect with local charities.
It works as a search engine for the third sector, bringing local charities together in one accessible place. Wherever you are, help already exists nearby. This is how you find it.

Search what is available where you live and see what local third-sector organisations offer. One single, easy point of access to a wide range of support, in one place.

BUILT AROUND INDIVIDUAL NEEDS
The platform offers a personalised and accessible way to find help that reflects your own needs and choices, with inclusion and intersectionality built in from the start. Whatever your circumstances, the aim is the same: to help you feel informed, connected and empowered along your journey.

FOR SOCIAL WORKERS AND PRACTITIONERS
Immediate, easy access to local third-sector resources at the point you need them. Connect the people you support with community organisations that can help, and that may reduce or delay the need for a formal care package.

FOR LOCAL AUTHORITIES AND NHS SERVICES
Supports Care Act 2014 compliance, helping local authorities meet their duty to provide information to residents who may not be eligible for formal support.

We Are Everywhere gives registered charities a communication space to network and build connections, so the sector can collaborate more easily and help nurture more resilient communities.

WHY WE BUILT IT
We Are Everywhere was created by a mental health specialist and care provider, drawing on years of experience supporting people with complex care needs and serving as a trustee of a local LGBTQ+ charity. It was built with two aims: empowering people and supporting local authorities and NHS services.
At a time when the 10-Year Health Plan is being implemented, making community support easier to find has never mattered more.
Free to use, for everyone, across England and Wales.
