Update 3, Feb 2026: App claims there are updates with fixes, but app still can't connect to the Dott. Phone's Bluetooth won't show it is connected, but app shows it sees it... but it fails to send to the Dott. (Pixel 9, Android 16) Scam. The KickStarter was a scam, the company is a scam, the product is a scam. Maybe it wasn't meant to be, but obviously with no communication, no support, no working app, and a non-working locked-out device, that's all it's become.

Weardott hardware doesn't connect with the software app, Dott hardware doesn't want to connect to my phone through Bluetooth, it's being recognized by the phone and the app but it doesn't want to connect. Also don't bother buying the hardware, the one on the website won't be the one you receive. The one I got has bigger bezels, the screen stretches easily and it's cheap plastic for its price. don't waste your money because it's won't connect to this app for gif and jpeg to display 🤦🏽‍♂️.

Doesn't work. This is supposed to be the official app for the dott gif device and it will NOT send the image to the device! Just says error. I'm so disappointed. Waited so long on Kickstarter for this and so far I feel cheated.. there was an update today. It's still not working..
