Seems to work well after a few pairing attempts. I would like to know why the UK customers are limited to using the obscure Curve app only whilst almost every other European country has a plethora of bank options available. Also like to know can I now delete both the SwatchPay and Curve Apps from my phone and still pay with the watch?

After a few failed attempts, now it works perfectly with all forms of contactless payment. The biggest inconvenience is that here in the UK the only card provider available would be Curve, which is the worst one ever conceived: £300 of contactless limit (which they don't either specify when it would renew. Monthly? Annually?) and paying £10 each month (as the basic £5 plan does not work). I feel I've been scammed.

I've been waiting for Swatch to bring a passive payment watch to the UK since they announced the Bellamy in 2015 and now it's finally here, and it's almost great. The app has annoyances - it says you can remove the watch part way through activation only to immediately tell you to couple it to the phone again and then fail to complete. But the biggest problem is Curve, which seems to cause some payments to fail for no reason. PLEASE link to a real bank (ideally Starling?) to simplify the process!
