Generally good. Snappy and bug-free. It takes a bit of getting use to swipping up from the bottom to bring up the menu, I keep swipping from the left to go back and accidently closing the app. Tables can't be displayed unfortunately, and other advanced things, but that's to be expected seeing it's on a watch.

Easy to use and makes the page easily readable on the watch

You'd be surprised that a Wear OS Wikipedia app would occasionally come in handy, but it does. Only minus is the lack of a search history. But this does have images & more font options than the others, so I'd definitely recommend. Update, thanks for adding the faster search option & history. If i hadn't already upgraded, I would've done so now. Much appreciated.
