I recently had to replace my phone and like other reviewers I am unable to access the app on the new phone. It just gives the spinning weave logo and never loads Update: I have been able to re-access the app after completely deleting the data and cache, uninstalling, restart phone, and re-install. However, now I am experiencing the familiar issue of calls not connecting, being dropped, or even more frustrating cutting in and out every second or two making it impossible to consult with clients

App is now being difficult on the phone. We used to be able to react to messages in the channels section of team chat. That is no longer available. Also, when trying to upload an image into a message on Channels, it doesn't start with most recent pictures and it doesn't give the option to go into different albums,so I can't even upload what is needed in the chat.

This app and company is pretty terrible. When it works, it's great. But that's only 10% of the time. You constantly have to sign back in. Calls are constantly being missed because of it. And when you have multiple locations it's even more of a nightmare. Sometimes one locations ring while the other doesn't. Maybe the one saving grace is that they do have good customer service but they'd have to because the product and service itself is extremely inconsistent. Most features don't even work.
