I recently had to replace my phone and like other reviewers I am unable to access the app on the new phone. It just gives the spinning weave logo and never loads Update: I have been able to re-access the app after completely deleting the data and cache, uninstalling, restart phone, and re-install. However, now I am experiencing the familiar issue of calls not connecting, being dropped, or even more frustrating cutting in and out every second or two making it impossible to consult with clients

We have 5 offices, the phone rings a lot. There is always an echo, when I call someone, the phone stays quiet and I can't hear them, it's just silence. If I'm on the phone and another call is coming in, it will disconnect the call I'm in. If I'm in the process of making a call and another one comes through, it will answer the call coming in, while calling the number I'm trying to reach, merging the calls. so much more... awful.

This app used to be good. I haven't been able to use it in over a month. Will be talking with administrators about switching companies. The app will not load, just keeps spinning. I even called in for support, they had me turn off my phone, uninstall the app, install the app, restart my phone, and eventually asked the type of phone. Haven't ever heard back from them.
