Here’s how:
Our app gives you a full view of your schedule, including patients scheduled and their appointment types. In addition, you can call or text any patient from an office number (protecting your private phone number), manage your emergency call forwarding, change office hours, and much more.

The Weave mobile app is synced to your practice management software/EHR and Weave's office app, giving you all the information and tools you need to seamlessly manage your practice right from your smartphone. It’s incredibly easy and convenient to use, and a smart way to work.

Worst! Don't do it. We were leaving, got the PIN to port our number, and they kept taking the number back, leaving us without a way for our customers to communicate with us for 2 days. 4/23/24 There are many bugs, and it bumps me off of the app often. CSV contacts can't be deleted individually, there's no way to save bulk messaging templates for future use, and support is slow to fix issues.

This is the PERFECT system for a small (or large, or medium) business! I couldn't have opened my physical therapy clinic without them, and I'm so grateful. Really, just sign up. It comes with a physical phone, a cell phone app, multiple users for the same price, and a computer app, all of which work seamlessly and flawlessly. The onboarding is easy, and incredibly customizable!

Lately, this app hasnt been allowing me to log in. Everytime, I try to log in it says " connecting VOIP Service" and at the end it takes me back to log in section. Not sure whats going on with the app. I even tried to uninstall and reinstall .I also have it on my desk top and it does have glitches and I've experience names that belong to other files. The way I am able to tell is by having an image of the person on it and it has a different name for them. They really need to fix this internal.
