Ratings and reviews

The app logs me out every couple of weeks, even though I use it almost daily. It's INFURIATING. The only reason I downloaded the app was so that I wouldn't have to keep logging into the website. Otherwise, it works fine.

Great idea in practice, but terrible execution. My car is sitting at 20% charge currently and I have no way to override it, since the weavegrid system thinks my charger is not on any sort of schedule, yet is still disabling charging via chargepoint. Chargepoint support told me it's on weavegrid's side, and there's no way to reach a real person at weavegrid aside from an email address. I guess I'm paying for fast charging today... Avoid this program at all cost!

***Update*** It turns out that a communication issue between Chargepoint and WeaveGrid caused the problems I experienced and they're working on a permanent solution. Subsequently, I was able to discuss with WeaveGrid and am satisfied that they're proactively addressing the problems. Original: 1 Star - Extremely glitchy. Displays erroneous information and data. Fails to recognize EVSE (charger) connection to vehicle, leaving charging impossible (no override). Awful customer service.
