Ratings and reviews

The app works PERFECTLY now that I understand the timing, but it logs me out weekly even though I use it daily. The lack of login persistence is INFURIATING. It's the only app I have that does this, but it doesn't link to critical personal or financial data so it doesn't make sense why it's so locked down. This would be a 5-star app if only I could actually use it when I need it. Edit: adding a star because the developers responded and said they're working on it.

I have found no added value to using the app over web and text message notifications. It requires me to sign in with my password with every use. I very rarely need to use the "charge now" option and today it did not appear on the app. Instead I found my old messages thread and texted "charge now" to begin charging. Honestly pointless.

charge now has never worked once ever because the way it is implemented is so stupid so for that fact alone you lose 3 stars for making my car not have enough charge despite me saying to charge now.
