It worked decently for the month I used it to make appointments. Now it suddenly logged me out and I can't get back in. Forgot Password function does not work, as it tells me my email address is not recognized. When I tried to "re-register" it tells me I already have an account and to use the Forgot Password function. With no option for technical help, it's not useful anymore, which is frustrating because my salon highly recommends making appointments.

App and website are not functioning well at all. Cannot even cancel an appointment, to call and schedule my days in advance is a pain. I schedule 3 or 4 days out... hope this gets fixed.
