This application allows stylists and spa professionals to take charge of their careers and make more money by driving transactions and client retention. They can view their book, make new appointments and even add new clients on the go. Client history is available, including visit notes, appointments, product purchases and personal notes. Constant glitches. Does not notify you when your client checks in and if you do get the notification, it's about 45 minutes after check in. Logs you out randomly and won't allow you to log back in, just gives you random server error messages. I've used this app for 4 years and the last 6 months or so I've had nothing but issues with it. I would change salon apps but this is the app my company uses.

Have to use app for work. Worse system ever. Goes down several days a week. New update, have not been able to login the last 3 days. Makes it hard to keep track of schedule, schedule clients, & run other essential operations. This app inconsistency will cost you time & money. If you have a choice to choose a Salon software, do not use Salon Biz

You can't review the customer number if you need to send a reminder. You can't add service unless you totally erase the appt. Meevo isn't like top-notch, but it's better than Salon Biz.
