Support Staff POV. We just started using this program in the salon I work at. As a receptionist, I like the fact that the stylists can see updates, adjust, and view their schedule as needed. The three star review- there's no options for receptionists. This could be a lifesaver and great tool for the support staff as well. I will update my rating if this option becomes available.

The recent update scrunched all of my coworkers appointments into my schedule. Just looks like columns of colors.
