I can't view the About page in the app. It causes the app to crash. As a result, I can't see the current FW version or other details. The initial Bluetooth connection can be extremely difficult to get going. On recent attempts, it didn't work until I toggled BT off/on on my phone and waited several minutes between (many) attempts. Several of the EVSE's connected features are only accessible through FordPass. There is no way to export charge logs.

I absolutely love my Mustang Mach-E and the charge station is very easy to use. I now have a charge station at home. When I travel I will be looking specifically for the Ford Charge Stations.

Does not work with android. I cannot get maximum amperage charge, because it always resets to the minimum. Every time I want to charge & I open the app, it needs to be set up again from scratch. Complete disappointment to pay $800 for a charger that takes 11 hours to fully charge. Boo!!
