I can't view the About page in the app. It causes the app to crash. As a result, I can't see the current FW version or other details. The initial Bluetooth connection can be extremely difficult to get going. On recent attempts, it didn't work until I toggled BT off/on on my phone and waited several minutes between (many) attempts. Several of the EVSE's connected features are only accessible through FordPass. There is no way to export charge logs.

Does not work with android. I cannot get maximum amperage charge, because it always resets to the minimum. Every time I want to charge & I open the app, it needs to be set up again from scratch. Complete disappointment to pay $800 for a charger that takes 11 hours to fully charge. Boo!!

Never connects. I stand in between my car and the charging station and still will not connect. Why did you have to get rid of the MyFord app? It was perfect!!! I can't lock my car, start it, or check the charging status from my phone now. This absolutely sucks. And going to the dealership to get help is a lost cause.
