Clients management:
- View full profile of each client, the deals history, issued invoices, and personal notes.
- Client search by name or email address.

Deals management:
- Creation of new deals: assignment of a responsible user, setting an estimated deal cost, planning the deal closing date.
- Working with deals: transferring deals to other stages as you progress, issuing invoices for payment, adding work notes, completing deals by reaching either “won” or “lost” state.
- Viewing work history for each deal: who of your teammates created it, who made changes to it, who transferred it to another stage.
- Viewing the list of your personal deals, i.e. the ones you have been assigned responsible for.

Messages management:

- Quick reply option for each incoming message.

Reminders management:
- Setup of reminders on upcoming meetings, phone calls, or messages to be sent. Each reminder can be linked with a certain client or deal.
