e-Archive is an e-document system that enables businesses to create and store invoices electronically and

transmit them digitally to the recipient. It offers automatic VAT calculation, withholding tax, and multi-currency support for sales, return, and

exemption invoices. Incoming/outgoing invoices are managed from a single panel; they can be filtered and their status

easily tracked. Customer information is automatically filled in with VAT/TCKN (Turkish Identity Number) query.

Draft invoices can be prepared and sent to the GIB (General Directorate of Taxation) with a single click. It is a digital invoice application that ensures all invoice processes are managed quickly, securely, and

in compliance with regulations by monitoring turnover, invoice numbers, and

trend analyses in real-time with graphs.
