About this app

StaffLink is a platform for managing temporary shifts and connecting companies with available workers in Moldova.

The application offers separate functionalities for companies and workers.

For workers

Workers can create an account, complete their personal profile and submit their data for verification. After the account is approved, the user can consult the available shifts, view information about each shift and apply directly from the application.

For each shift, information such as location, period, working hours, requirements, responsibilities and other relevant details can be consulted.

The worker can track the status of submitted applications. If selected for a shift, they receive a notification and can confirm or decline participation within the established deadline.

Confirmed shifts are available in the user's personal section.

For companies

Companies can create an account and complete the necessary information for verification. After the account is approved, the company can create requests for personnel and submit them for verification.

The company can track the status of the requests, the number of people needed, the number of confirmed workers, and the number of remaining available positions.

After the team is formed, the company can view the list of confirmed workers and any replacements made.

Shift management

Requests created by companies are verified before publication. Workers can only apply for available shifts.

Worker selection and confirmation of participation are managed through a transparent process, with status updates and notifications for important actions.

After a shift is completed, the company and the worker can provide feedback within the platform.
