About this app

Ground is the Ground system's courier app for managing deliveries — suitable for businesses with one courier and a call center with a team.

What you can do with it:
• Build the day's line with a click from all open deliveries, in the best travel order by road.
• Organized loading list: mark each package that has entered the vehicle and see what is left in the warehouse and what is available at each stop.
• Navigation in Waze or Google Maps, dial and WhatsApp message the recipient with a click.
• Full login details: floor, apartment, entrance, gate code and recipient's notes.
• Delivery confirmation with on-screen signature, photo, leaving at the door and collection of the collection (cash, Bit, Paybox, credit).
• Updates from the field — contact made, recipient does not answer, coordination of another time — and choosing who will see each update.
