I had Webroot since 2012, and during that time, it was doing an excellent job. But the last 2 years and this year, it gave a message an active process has possible handleleak. It crashed 5 of my Asus Laptops. The 5th one was a brand new one and asked the store to add storage. The guy was not able to do it. Webroot showed the same message, it crashed again. They have replaced it with a different brand and suggested not to use Webroot.

I'm a long time Webroot user and have always been satisfied with the functionality of their products. However, this new revamped update to Webroot is absolute garbage. It's a glorified web browser and you can't really tell if it's working or not. The previous version offered more controls and a dashboard/icon visibility. Please give us the old one back!!

This new version is awful! Why did they drop Webroot Secure Anywhere? The new app is basically a browser and has one "manual" scan button. There are no notifications there is continuous monitoring of files, downloads, etc. Is is actually protecting my Android devices. I just wasted my money on 2 years of protection for 10 devices (PC and Android).
