Made for WebSys POS owners and authorized managers, WebSys Reports brings your assigned locations and business reports together in one focused app.

REPORTS THAT MAKE SENSE
Review sales, item and category performance, tax summaries, tenders, team activity, payroll, inventory and more, according to your account permissions. Clear summaries and charts help you understand the details.

YOUR LOCATIONS, TOGETHER
Switch between the locations your administrator assigns to you. Each sign-in has its own reporting permissions.

KNOW WHEN DATA WAS SYNCED
See when a report was last updated. If an installation is unavailable, open its latest saved report when a copy exists for that report and date range. An internet connection to WebSys Reports is required.

PROFESSIONAL EXPORTS
Download and share PDF, Excel and CSV reports, or use your device's printing options.

OPTIONAL VOID ALERTS
Receive phone push notifications for newly detected whole-bill voids after synchronization. Your administrator must allow alerts, and you choose whether to enable notifications on each phone. Alerts are not sent by email or text. Historical voids at first setup do not trigger notifications.

SECURE APP UNLOCK
Enable Face ID, Touch ID or supported Android biometrics to unlock your saved sign-in. Your device handles biometric authentication. Your reporting password is required again when the session expires.

WebSys Reports is for viewing and exporting reports. It does not place orders, void bills, change payments or control POS devices. Reporting access is provided by your WebSys administrator. Try Explore demo to see sample reports without an account.
