Great layout, easy to use, interactive textbooks that are fun to engage with

Routinely has issues not displaying text boxes or showing available questions in the text. And now my textbook cannot be opened despite reinstalling the app. Customer service is kind but app has too many problems to ignore.

Rude customer support. I messaged them to fix a bug and she refused to fix it and pushed off their software bug on the university instead of owning it. That's not how customer support should be imo and not how you treat people that have bought and use your product. I will let my university know my opinion about this company.
