The Arakawa app is a cloud-based platform and was developed to improve the monthly billing process to be more user-friendly. It's included some features which allow all users to be much easier as follows:
1. Receive bill notification
2. View the pending and paid bills
3. Remind Notification three days prior to the due date.
4. Keep track of historical transactions.
5. Receive official announcement from Arakawa Management notification
To be able to use this app, only the unit owner, the person who represents them with an official letter signed or acknowledged by the unit owner, and legal renters must provide their information such as phone number, email address, Passport number (if foreigner), and Khmer identity number. After getting those, our Arakawa Management team will set it up and user are able to use immediately. We will deactivate the user when they stop renting or selling the unit to another.
This app is available on the App Store and Play Store now. All users can download it for free.
The important thing is that the Arakawa app helps users to save time and easily manage their historical transactions after making a payment on an invoice which contains all monthly service items such as water fee, electricity fee, management fee, parking fee (if available), or other service fee without having to split them up as today. Once the invoice is paid by the user through their local bank transfer or cash, our accounting team will mark it as paid, and it will sync up to the user's app to update from pending to paid in green color.
