About this app

Through a very simple interface, the citizen can register any incident that they detect in their environment: damage to the road, deterioration of street furniture, breakdowns... To do this, all they need to do is fill in a short form that, once completed, will generate an incident that will be sent to the corresponding Municipal Service.

The Municipal Service will receive the request, proceed to assess it, determine the degree of urgency and finally implement the necessary protocol to rectify the incident.

Finally, the relevant operators will travel to the area to solve the problem and when it is solved, the user will receive a notification advising him that the incident has been resolved.

Throughout the process, the user can see the progress of the incident through a Map where all the incidents generated in the area are shown (including their own) and where their status is updated as tasks are completed. .

In turn, Service administrators can also use the App to manage incidents, manage them, assign operators and managers, generate work reports, update the status of incidents, create their own...
