🛡️ Robust Cryptography
We utilize high-grade, authenticated encryption. This includes AES-GCM for standard files and Google’s Tink Streaming AEAD for efficiently handling large files and streaming media. Your data is protected from both viewing and tampering.

🔑 Password Hardening
Your password is never stored. It is converted into a high-entropy encryption key using PBKDF2WithHmacSHA256 (with 65,536 iterations), making it extremely secure against brute-force attacks.

Play large encrypted videos instantly without waiting for the entire file to be decrypted, thanks to our custom integration with media3 ExoPlayer.

IMPORTANT: Your password is the ONLY way to access your encrypted files. We have no way to recover your password if you lose it. Please store it safely.

SHARING WARNING: Your new file is safe to store on your device, a USB drive, or in cloud storage (like Google Drive). However, DO NOT share your file through social media or messaging apps that compress files (like WhatsApp or Facebook). These services will manipulate the file and permanently destroy your hidden encrypted data.
