still needs work for example no one ever answers when you send a message asking for an update and also customer service through the app is not working and the tracking system doesn't always work. so the app needs a lot of work

The application is not successful at all, and I advise you to solve the problem because after 45 minutes of placing the order, they told me that the order does not exist, noting that on the application there is an order with a number. I am really disappointed from pizzanini and from his unprofessional customer service.

I put the order twice and after waiting for over 40 minutes I had to call them and they told me there has been an issue in the app, so they canceled my order and had to do it all over again through the phone without using the promo code that I had, totally useless app that does not work
