* Absolutely useless and time consuming. * There's no option of calling for support. * The staff is unable to understand issue. * Readings are totally off. * Technicians will try to come at their convenience without taking an appointment. * Could not log in for months after the device was installed. * Unnecessary for personal use. * One is forced to keep checking readings otherwise unused will be billed!

I will strongly advice against it. Reading are mostly inflated. Even though, restroom is not used, it used to keep showing reading. I never use 1 bathroom, yet it shows huge number. Another bathroom only for basic needs, not shower or bath yet readings shows 125 ltr which is surprising. Don't recommend this app.

This is pathetic app. Their water meter does not work properly. It always show more reading. I need to follow up every month to correct it even than you are not able to fix it. Anyone want to use it be careful about wrong meter and so called sensors.
