Absolute garbage. Terrible picture and device overheats, app cannot be stored on anything but your phone's internal memory and it overtakes all Wi-Fi and data functions so that your phone won't even work if the app is running and the device is connected. But good luck getting the device to actually connect to the app, that will take you about 15 tries and then it will disconnect whenever it feels like. It also wants access to your location for no reason. Returned and uninstalled.

Start up clunky, but works great. The QR code in the instructions led me to a credit card app! Once I installed and then uninstalled that I searched for this app just because the company name was in the instructions (eutto would have been my next search). Everything worked when I closed and opened the program. I can see why people were worried about making the phone connection. It was not obvious how to do that. Maybe 10 minutes total and I'm taking (gross) pics of my ears.

Same experience others are reporting. Installed the app, says it's installed but when trying to launch, getting error that says it isnt installed and then it crashes the app store. Manufacturer has clearly abandoned development as last update was over a year ago which coincides with the start of the issue.
