CheckFusion is an assistant application designed for welders of polymer pipelines.
It provides two ways to set the initial parameters for butt welding: based on data for 170 welding machines or manually, taking into account individual data.
Additional CheckFusion functions include calculations for six welding procedures for polymer materials, a step-by-step operator guidance function during the welding process, the ability to generate a report and process map, as well as the ability to include information about the location of welding work and a photo of the welding object in the report.
For fittings and pipes with embedded heaters, it is possible to read the traceability barcode and welding barcode. The read data is displayed in a summary table, which simplifies the identification of low-quality products. After reading the welding barcode, you can adjust the welding time according to the current temperature.
