The CheckFusion Welder Calculator allows you to calculate welding parameters for polyethylene, polypropylene and PVDF pipes.
- Entering initial welding parameters in two ways:
1. Based on data for 170 welding machines;
2. Based on individual data (manually), which allows you to calculate welding parameters for machines with both hydraulic and mechanical drives.
- Calculation for 6 welding procedures for polymer materials, including those set out in GOST R 55276–2012.
- Function of step-by-step operator support during the welding process in real time.
- Ability to generate a report and save it on the user’s device.
- Possibility of including in the report information about the location of welding work with a photo and information about the welder-operator.
- The application was created in cooperation with the Association of Welders of Polymer Materials.
