I've had to use this app for years and it has been an absolute nightmare to use the entire time. IF I'm able to log in, it works just well enough to check appointment times and request rx refills. That's IF I can get in in the first place. 9 out of 10 times, the login fails for unspecified reasons (with full wifi & data bars) and I end up having to call and leave a message for my Dr to refill rxs and there's been times when I've not been able to get in for MONTHS because of the login issues.

The amount of issues I've had with this app is enough to give me another ulcer. It has crashed on me multiple times, forgotten information, refuses to stay signed in or remember my information causing more stress because it would work fine and then an hour later fail. I would never recommend this to anyone, unfortunately there is no other way in the system. Absolute garbage. Medical apps should not fail this badly, and it always does when I have an emergency.

This app is terrible. Trying to login using fingerprint and keep getting an error. Something so simple shouldn't be so difficult. Replace the team responsible for this and hire someone else that can actually do their job
