The easy to use myTuftsMed app allows you to message your doctors, make appointments, view test results, manage prescriptions, have a video visit and more, all from your phone or tablet. You can find a doctor, access community resources such as food banks, pay a bill, get health information and more any time of the day or night. Upload health and fitness data, including data from Health Connect, when enrolled in self-tracking programs. Everything you need to manage you and your family's healthcare organized in one easy to use app.

Ratings and reviews

The amount of issues I've had with this app is enough to give me another ulcer. It has crashed on me multiple times, forgotten information, refuses to stay signed in or remember my information causing more stress because it would work fine and then an hour later fail. I would never recommend this to anyone, unfortunately there is no other way in the system. Absolute garbage. Medical apps should not fail this badly, and it always does when I have an emergency.

I've had to use this app for years and it has been an absolute nightmare to use the entire time. IF I'm able to log in, it works just well enough to check appointment times and request rx refills. That's IF I can get in in the first place. 9 out of 10 times, the login fails for unspecified reasons (with full wifi & data bars) and I end up having to call and leave a message for my Dr to refill rxs and there's been times when I've not been able to get in for MONTHS because of the login issues.

Would be perfect but there are couple of things to improve. Can you please update it so that it has an option to remember login name and skip the pin verification. Also would be great if you could allow biometric login. Another optional benefit would be to allow multiple family members in one app instead of making separate logins.
