The app would not accept insurance even though my insurance is on file. The app would not let me see the doctor untill i accepted the pay without insurance option. My wife called the insurance company to make sure we were approved, we were and there were no changes to our policy. While on the phone with staff the whole time, i relayed what my wife was told, the staff then said me not being able to log in with insurance was my problem, not true it's the apps problem per UHC.

Installed today:5-13-22, got audio, no video. No shortcut/icon provided. I'd say it was better before the name change. See? This is why I don't like updating apps. Thanks anyway

What a horrendous app. USMD Medical Clinic of North Texas demanded that I use this app to have my medications filled. What a joke. App is buggy and slow and we even were disconnected during the Conference call and Dr. Said it happens all the time and then finished the call on my cell phone. Also if 100% phone access is not given you are blocked from going to the Dr. Forced Medical practice connected to Marginal at beat apps in 2022. Other nurses who wish to remain private have complained too!
