Hosts stay in control. Helpers and vendors see the timeline and tasks they need. Guests get useful event details without the behind-the-scenes work. The guest of honor gets a calm view made for enjoying the moment.

BROWSER RSVP, NO GUEST ACCOUNT
Send a private invitation link by text, WhatsApp, email, or wherever you already talk. Guests answer Going, Maybe, or Not Going in their browser without installing Madali or creating an account.

ADD TO CALENDAR
Hosts can hand a celebration to Google Calendar. Guests who successfully RSVP can download an Apple Calendar file or open an editable Google Calendar draft. Calendar entries are one-time copies and do not update automatically if the Madali plan later changes.

MAKE IT A CIRCLE
Turn a familiar gathering into a weekly or monthly rhythm. Every gathering gets its own event and RSVP count. Edit, skip, or cancel one gathering without changing the rest.

AUTOMATIC CIRCLE EMAIL, ONLY WHEN CHOSEN
For a scheduled Circle, the host can turn on automatic email reminders. Each guest chooses Email or No recurring reminders from their own private invitation. Group links cannot grant recurring email permission. Madali does not send SMS in this version.

EVERYONE'S PHOTOS, SAVED IN YOUR OWN DRIVE
Guests can add photos from Madali or their browser invitation. You review what arrives and choose what the group sees, and every picture is saved into a folder in your own Google Drive.

HELPERS GET CLEAR TASKS
Assign a simple action and short instruction to a helper or vendor, so everyone knows what needs doing without a noisy group chat.

Free includes one active celebration, one helper or vendor, core planning tools, Circles, and a limited automatic-email allowance. Madali Pass is $14.99 one time for one celebration's photo-collection window. It does not renew. Madali Host is $3.99 per month or $39.99 per year for frequent hosts and includes 500 automatic Circle email sends per month. Madali Pro is $19.99 per month or $199.99 per year and adds Portfolio, private Crews, and cross-client Tasks for people who run celebrations for others. Guests and helpers never pay.

SUBSCRIPTION TERMS
Madali Host ($3.99/month or $39.99/year) and Madali Pro ($19.99/month or $199.99/year) are auto-renewing subscriptions. Payment is charged to your Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of that period. Manage or cancel your subscription in your Google Play settings after purchase. The Google Play price shown before purchase controls.
