Rental steps:
1. Join: Download the app, register, and get verified to start riding.
2. Begin Riding: Open the app and select vehicle you want to rent. Using the app, unlock the vehicle and start riding.
3. Return and Pay: When you arrive at your destination, park the vehicle in a legal public outdoor parking space. Open the app to return the vehicle and pay online.

- Taipei City: Rent and return in all districts
- New Taipei City: Banqiao, Xindian, Zhonghe, Yonghe, Sanchong, Luzhou, Xinzhuang, Danshui
- Kaohsiung City: Zuoying, Sanmin, Gushan, Qianjin, Xinxing, Yancheng, Lingya, Qianshan, Fengshan

Ratings and reviews

Uninformative. The app doesnt tell where to register a driver license, nor does it say its being registered/processed. It just wont give you any updates on whether you are elligible to drive or not. Ive had the app for three days and it doesnt tell me if my drivers license photos were successful or faulty,,, nor In Process. The scanner for the photo taking also doesnt provide the right spacing for international drivers license

Unable to login anymore after update

Excellent app, wish there was a way to report any small problems when returning the scooter. Other than that app is easy to use, responsive. The actual rental experience is excellent also, I've rented it 4 times and great experience every time.
