App was easy to navigate and sign up to. The help desk feature is a nice touch to have.

Got called by this company to set things up with them so I did and haven't had one "ticket" since I've set it up. They were supposed to have lots of jobs available... Doesn't seem like it

Do not use this service/app. They contract out to local companies who they don't hold accountable. Show up days late and leave the job half done. Truly awful experience. Really sad because this was a great idea of someone ran it properly. But as usual it was too good to be true.
