About this game
The goal of the game is to guess the opponent's digit number. For this you get two hints to what extent your guess was correct:
- A tells you how many digits are correct and in the correct place.
- B tells you how many digits are correct but in the wrong place.
Let's take an example:
The number you are looking for is 1234. Your attempt is 1245. The clue from this is: 2A1B
Explanation:
2A (the digits 1 and 2 are correct and in the right place in the number).
1B (the digit 4 is correct but in the wrong place in the number).
So you have won if the result is 4A.
