It's almost a good app. The only thing keeping it from being 5 stars is that the account notify alerts don't work because the page to set it up always shows as blank. Another thing is that, when we go to deposit a check, it doesn't explicitly say the max amount allowed or limit it automatically when you enter a larger amount. Also, if you don't use Zelle regularly, the process to have it activated can take a couple of days!

I really feel they could improve how the app works, especially when you go into the account I think you should be able to view the account number or the loan number by entering your biometrics. The app also unfortunately crashes sometimes and it looks plain and tacky, I feel there needs to be a major refresh overall. However Weokie is a great Federal Credit Union and I plan on staying with them for years. It will only improve from here on out.

This app doesnt tell me if my password is expiring. I've called about it before but they said that's just how it is? Once expired your password can only be reset from a desk top, not cell phone. I can't tell you how many times I've tried to log in to make my car payment, couldn't, said I'll get back to this and then it ended up late. I seriously applied for housing loans outside of this bank because of this issue. Great bank, just a stone age app.
