It's almost a good app. The only thing keeping it from being 5 stars is that the account notify alerts don't work because the page to set it up always shows as blank. Another thing is that, when we go to deposit a check, it doesn't explicitly say the max amount allowed or limit it automatically when you enter a larger amount.

I really feel they could improve how the app works, especially when you go into the account I think you should be able to view the account number or the loan number by entering your biometrics. The app also unfortunately crashes sometimes and it looks plain and tacky, I feel there needs to be a major refresh overall. However Weokie is a great Federal Credit Union and I plan on staying with them for years. It will only improve from here on out.

it has gotten worse and worse these last 2 years... won't log you in, says error. Please fix that. It never used to do that. It happens to both me and a friend who has this and when I call, it's somehow MY phone that's the issue even though I don't have that problem with any other log in service. Also tells me there is no endorsement on a check I'm trying to Mobile deposit Even though it says all of that plus 'for weokie mobile deposit only' like they told me. more issues happening daily now
