About this app

Weplesi organizes your condominium life by connecting residents, the board, and the property manager in a shared space.

No more unmanageable WhatsApp groups and emails lost in inboxes. With Weplesi, every incident is tracked, every announcement is visible, and every decision is saved.

REPORTING CONDOMINIUM INCIDENTS
Report any problem in your building in less than 30 seconds: broken elevator, water leak, electrical problem, disturbances. Choose the category, your building, and the floor. Your board is alerted immediately.

RESIDENCE NEWS FEED
Incidents, board announcements, neighbor posts: everything is displayed in a shared feed accessible to all residents. Filter by building, type, or status.

GROUP CONVERSATIONS
Chat with the right people, in the right space. Each group within the condominium has its own dedicated discussion thread: residents of your building, owners, and the management committee. No more overflowing WhatsApp groups with unknown numbers—on Weplesi, every message goes directly to the relevant neighbors.

SMART NOTIFICATIONS
Get notified of updates that matter to you, not all the noise. Landlords are informed of incidents in their unit. The management committee leads, residents follow.

TOOLS FOR THE MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE
The management committee has a dedicated space to manage incidents, publish official announcements, approve access requests, and monitor the building's activity.

FOR EVERYONE
Whether you're a tenant, owner-occupier, or landlord, Weplesi adapts to your role and needs.

Download Weplesi and join the first condominiums that have said goodbye to WhatsApp groups.
