West Market uses the latest technology for a truly convenient in-store shopping experience. Shoppers use the app to access the store, manage connected payments, and view purchase history.
How It Works:
Register: Take a minute to register once prior to entering the store for your first visit.
Present the QR: Show the app’s QR code to activate the store’s entry turnstile.
Shop: Take whatever you desire. Hold it, bag it, put it in your pocket, your purse - it’s up to you. The items you pick up are tracked in your ‘virtual cart’.
Leave: Simply walk out and be on your way - now with all that time you saved not waiting in line. Your West Market account will be charged and a receipt will show up in the app a little while later.

Ratings and reviews

Needs improvement. No "contact us" option, FAQs, no way to remove your card or deactivate account easily. Uninstalling. Receipts show up the NEXT day. When you add a card, it places a pending charge of $.01 on your account. There are no legal disclosures or explanations of what to expect. And I don't necessarily trust storing my card info with an app that I'm not even sure is secure. Not a fan.

First time visiting, set up the app payed and left. Haven't received a receipt yet but I was told it might take a bit. Seems like a really cool and innovative idea.

Worst idea. I just wanted a coffee. I will never go to another west. App collects too much info. Takes longer to do this then to pop into qt.
