*Some features are device dependent and/or may only be available for eligible members or account types.

Please note that your available balance takes in to account some pending transactions that have not posted to your account, but may not reflect all transactions, including but not limited to debit card transactions, ATM deposits, check holds, checks you have written, pre-authorized debits, scheduled transfers and bill payment items scheduled through our service. Please make sure that you manually account for any outstanding items and add/deduct them accordingly from the available balance.

Lots of nice features in this app. I can easily move money from other accounts to make payments on my credit card and it has a credit card simulator, pretty cool. My biggest gripe of the app, which is actually a bug, if I expand any of the accordion dropdowns on any page, and then try to scroll, the page jumps to the top of the page, and I have to scroll all the way back down to where I was. It's really annoying.

WCCU Mobile app is a good way to check account balances without having to use an ATM that is out of the network. I use it all time. To schedule bill paying with the "pay my bill" feature. I can schedule weekly transfers of money from checking to savings. It also contains a link to check your credit score which contain tips on how to raise your rating and short articles that I find helpful. This app is essential to keep track of my finances and it's free to use. No unnecessary ATM fees is a plus.

I don't normally rate apps, however, I had to load the app in order to make changes to the "secure" on-line banking tool. I'm not a programmer, an application developer etc. but I am a user of apps attend on-line tools. Not sure when the code was written for the on- line or app tools - seems Very, Very Clunky. Other on line banking tools are much easier to navigate, doesn't force me to re login after changing information. This & Covid-19 economy made for Very Frustrating evening. At least had a
