Superficially I wish it had a more modern interface, unfortunately I can't offer any constructive feedback on what to change because I honestly can't put my finger on it! It feels laggy and low tech, which I don't feel like it's helped by the overall visual design. It looks outdated and I know I subconsciously associate outdated\old with slow. I also kinda wish it had more personality 🤷‍♀️

Not sure what exactly the problem is sometimes but I cannot access this App to make a deposit. My Internet on my phone works but the App sometimes doesn't connect. I also have plenty of free space on my phone which the App indicates could be the problem.. the App suggests that I try again later.. and it usually works later.

Cannot even sign in. Keeps giving me a prompt that the app is experiencing issues over and over again. I want the old app back. At least that one worked. Update: now the app shuts itself down before even fully loading up. I'm on Android and have just deleted this app since it doesn't work at all now.
