I have tried, on and off, for the past 9 months to get this app to work. Whenever I punch in my credentials, it says "Setup incomplete. Something went wrong during registration. Please try again." I have no avenue in the app to report this for assistance, and it means my banking either entirely takes place on computer instead of on my phone.

New App is terrible. The transfers have a significant lag time, you can't transfer to the cent to pay off a Westerra credit card bill completely, and the new layout is difficult to navigate. It looks like this App is from 10 years ago rather than "new and improved". Update: Transfers can now be made to the cent. Unfortunately the app freezes at least 50% of the time I login. After 20 years as a member, I'm seriously considering switching all my accounts to USAA....their app works.

If I could give this a zero I would. The transition to the new app and having to change passwords, codes, etc has been terrible. The new app layout is not good either. Having to hunt now for very simple information is most annoying. This rollout has been atrocious! Have been with Westerra for many years and all I can say is "If it ain't broke don't fix it" You broke what was working very well and made a mess of it.
