It's a little clunky but it does everything I need. Yesterday it started dumping me into the mobile site rather than the app but I cleared cache and data and it seems to be back to normal. I've never had that problem with any other app, so kinda weird. Dec 2023 update App has become unusable. Crashed on login screen. Clearing cache and data doesn't help. I think I preferred the old, ugly app that actually worked

I would like this app more if the screen would not move when on Pay My Bills. The amount to be paid shifts off the screen. It has been doing this for years and very disappointed the recent app refresh did not fix the issue.

Unfortunately the new update appears to have basically broken the app. After logging in it stays stuck on the loading screen. This is a huge inconvenience and renders mobile banking useless. Please fix it Westfield!
