About this app

Team Track is the internal workforce app for Westgate IT Hub.

Your attendance runs itself. Scan your finger on the office reader and your
day starts — check-in, breaks, check-out and overtime are all recorded without
filling in a single timesheet. Your live timer, today's hours and your week at
a glance sit on the home screen.

TASKS AND PROJECTS
Get your work assigned, add checklists, log time against it and complete it
with notes and photos. Project chat sits right beside the task list, so the
conversation and the work stay together.

TEAM CHAT
Direct messages, groups and project channels, with voice notes, photos, files,
polls, replies and @mentions. Block and report are built in.

WORK FROM HOME
Request remote hours with a start and end time. Once an admin approves, that
time counts towards your day automatically.

SEE YOUR OWN NUMBERS
Daily, weekly and monthly views of hours worked, breaks, overtime and
punctuality. Nothing hidden — you see your own record in full.

PAYSLIPS
Salary is calculated from real attendance, including overtime, and the payslip
arrives by email.

FOR ADMINS
Invite staff, map their fingerprint IDs, set working hours, holidays and when
overtime starts, approve remote-work requests and re-entries, review reported
messages, and send payslips for the whole team.

PRIVACY
Location is used once, and only if you allow it: when you check in for remote
work, so the approval has a place attached to it. Decline the permission and
remote check-in still works from the location you type. Your fingerprint never
leaves the office scanner — the app only ever sees an enrolment number. No
advertising, no trackers, no data sold to anyone.

Team Track is for Westgate IT Hub employees. Accounts are created by an
administrator; there is no public sign-up.

- Company work-from-home days, announced the moment they are called

- Admins: correct an attendance day, run and void salary, approve leave, hours and task completions, close a quarter
- Sales: put a supplier on hold, or borrow a follow-up for the day
