Ratings and reviews

They put so much non-scrollable junk on the app that that actual window you scroll through is only a fraction of the screen. And why can't i just remove the little "chat" baloon? It's just another things that gets in the way. Also, why does it take four clicks to find maturity dates on CDs? That should be right next to the balance. You may get good reviews from others, but we both know you can do much better. Good lord, even this box I'm typing this message in is unstable!

This has to be the worst banking app.I've ever used it constantly has authentication problems.It will not remember your device.Constant freezing, if they email you a code or call you with a code, it force restarts the app. When you leave it to check for the code. If you do manage to get in, then you click on your account and it freezes before you can check your balances. I'm about ready to go to a different bank.

Talk about doing everything a business can think of to sour customers on their services. To log in, you need to request a code. The code arrives after the app has logged you out for inactivity. I hope they fire the idiot(s) who decided to make accessing your information almost impossible. Calling them has been so screwed up. It's quicker to walk to a location than it is to get through via the phone or the banking app. DO BETTER!!!
