Ratings and reviews

The app/banking program is OK. It works fine most of the time, is usually pretty quick to load, etc. The only complaint I really have with this bank and app is the available balance part. Most places show the available balance in the checking account, with the pending transactions already accounted for and subtracted from the available balance shown. Not Westmark, though. They show the balance plus non-available funds, i.e., pending transactions, as the available balance. Frustrating.

The app performs decent but have always found the UI to be a little clunky. The reason for the poor review is that Westmark does not accept mobile deposit checks past 3:30PM. Its 2026, we all want everything fast, to stop supporting your members with such a critical service 3/4 through the business day is an insanely poor service decision. You lost me because of this, ill be in to close my accounts after 30 years of membership.

Great app! Transfers of money between account that are a little confusing/hard to tell what's going on so I have to switch to the old transfer method that is provided. Also needs to have more filtering options when searching within an account. Depositing checks is very smooth and the bank responds as expected.
