Call blocker that works without internet. No account, no data sent anywhere, no network permissions. Everything runs on your phone.

WHAT IT DOES
Intercepts calls before your phone rings. You set the rules:
• Block unknown numbers or all calls
• Schedule blocking — enable only at night, during meetings, or whenever you want
• Whitelist — numbers that always get through
• Urgency bypass — repeated calls in a short window are let through
• Full log of everything that was blocked

QUICK CONTROLS
Home screen widget and Quick Tile in quick settings. Toggle protection without opening the app.

WHY NO INTERNET
This isn't a "we promise not to send data" situation. The app doesn't have the INTERNET permission. Android won't let it connect to any server. That's a technical restriction, not a marketing promise.

PERMISSIONS
• Phone — identify who's calling
• Contacts — don't block people you know
• Call log — detect repeated urgent calls

Reliability and performance improvements: call screening is faster and can no longer get stuck on a slow lookup. Same privacy promise — Wey Ya! still blocks calls fully offline, with no internet permission and all your data staying on your device.
