Your daily performance on the Dashboard:

The installer can check their overall performance. Essentially, the status of work orders, average travel time, and average completion time.

Stay updated on the status of the Work Order:

The installer can view assigned work orders by status – Completed/Pending/On-Hold/In-Progress for better planning and execution.

Hassle-free offline Sync for no-internet situations

Allows the installer to complete the work on offline mode in case of no internet availability (Mostly beneficial in the rural areas.) The system will automatically update the data and the images as soon as it finds internet connectivity.

Locate the best route to enhance time efficiency:

Users can fetch the most optimal route from the application to reach at the customer’s address in the most time-efficient manner. On reaching, user must upload the picture of the location to confirm this.

Download work orders

Installer can download the work orders from the app to work even in the offline mode. Therefore, they can continue to work hassle-free without any time wastage due to internet unavailability

Update precise Long/Lat of your customer’s address

In case the exact long/lat of the location is not available, on reaching the mentioned address the user can fetch the exact long/lat of the location from the system and update it for future references. It can be done automatically in background while completing the workorder or capture the details manually.

Capture Cellular Signal strength

While completing the work orders, installer can capture Cellular signal strength(in dBm). This can be useful to assess whether Smart Meter shall be able to communicate once installed. Cellular signal strength can also help with O&M activity.

Improved Customer Interaction

As soon as a work order is assigned, the concerned customer is intimated about the date and time of installation via SMS. Customers can request rescheduling, when need be.

Feedback system

Seek happy scores and feedback from the customer at the end of the process to determine the customer satisfaction level and any further advise or suggestions from them.
