I have had this on my TV for a few years now and it worked well. This morning, May 13, 2026, I noticed it was updated. Now there are captions ALWAYS showing and no way to turn them off (ONN stick and 4k box). It's not my device because I have captions OFF and the WFMZ app is the ONLY one showing captions. Great job messing up the app, WFMZ.

Has problems often running live news and If you don't create an account you cannot watch news pre recorded earlier in the day. Please work on this as app you are the local news that we depend on.- Will often stop part way through programing to a blank screen. This app is useless please fix it or what's the point of having it? for appearance? Cannot count on this app if there were a true emergency.

below was fixed but now I get a lot or spinning circles and buffering timeouts only in this app...all other apps do not do yhis. sent examples to admin but no action. would like it to be more reliable, but sadly it is not worked fine with cable provider, but after switching to T-Mobile Home, the WFMZ live feed now shows "OUTSIDE ALLOWED AREA". all of the other icons work fine (even the ones marked "LIVE". WEATHER, 69 NEwS, TRAFFIC). only the WFMZ live feed does not. hope this can
