About this app

The right shared apartment is more than just a spare room.

You can search for an apartment, open hundreds of listings, and still only realize if you're a good fit once you meet the people. Livo Match turns the shared apartment search on its head: It's not just about the room, but above all, the people you'll be living with.

With Livo Match, you'll find shared rooms and roommates who truly fit your lifestyle. Whether you're moving for university, vocational training, or a job, looking for your first student apartment, prefer living in a shared flat instead of a student residence, or just starting your life in Germany.

HOW LIVO MATCH WORKS

Your profile shows more than just the usual basic information. Answer our matching questionnaire and show us what you envision for living together: How important are community and shared evenings in the apartment to you? What about cleanliness, guests, quiet hours, working from home, or conflicts?

This information is used to create a compatibility profile. This way, you can see at a glance how well your ideas about living together align when looking at suitable shared apartments and roommates.

LOOKING FOR A ROOM IN A SHARED APARTMENT – BUT A BETTER FIT

When searching for a traditional apartment, the focus is often on location, price, and square footage. But with a shared apartment, something crucial comes into play: the people.

Livo Match combines both. Discover suitable shared apartments, browse profiles, and focus on listings where not only the room itself, but also the shared living arrangement, could be a good fit for you. Instead of just finding any old room in a shared apartment, you get more context to help you make your decision.

SHARED APARTMENTS CAN ALSO FIND SUITABLE ROOMmates

Livo Match works both ways. If you have a spare room, you can create your shared apartment profile, showcase your lifestyle, and search for new roommates.

This transforms "finding a roommate" into more than just a flood of interchangeable requests. Profiles and matching help you quickly discover people whose preferences align with your shared living situation.

• Matching questionnaire covering everyday life and living together
