Well, this is unfortunate, and after reading others' reviews and seeing that this has been a major issue for at least a few years, I'm starting to regret my purchase. I've only had this fireplace for a week, and now the app keeps shutting down, stating it has a bug and the developer needs to fix it. Also, the color selections don't match the options listed. Your attention for a resolution/correction would be greatly appreciated.

Update - I uninstalled/ reinstalled the app and was able to get it to open instead of crash. I reconnected it to the fireplace. The app crashes and won't actually open. When it was opening, it wasn't staying connected to my fireplace and had to be reconnected almost every use.

Won't connect to my fireplace. Doesn't even come up with my fireplace on the list of available devices. The Whalen bluetooth app before this works just fine. Although, every time I open the previous app it says I need to download this one instead...NOPE...NOT DOING IT! IT DOESN'T WORK! I thought when newer apps/updates came out it was supposed to make them better? This is NOT the case. Can someone PLEASE fix this app and make it ACTUALLY WORK? If this happens I will gladly change my review. Thx.
