About this app

WhatsMenu Driver is the delivery app for drivers of a business running on WhatsMenu. It takes you from the moment an order is assigned to you through to the drop-off, and keeps the customer informed along the way.

Your day
See the deliveries assigned to you, and how many you have completed today, this week and this month.

On the road
Plan your run with a batched route across every stop. Hand off to Waze, Google Maps or Apple Maps in a tap. While you are on a delivery, your location is shared so the customer can follow the order's progress.

At the drop-off
Slide to confirm, and you are done. Where your business asks for it, capture a proof-of-delivery photo at the door and confirm the cash you collected. If you mark a delivery complete well away from the drop-off address, the app checks with you first. A delivery that cannot be completed can be recorded with the reason why.

Keep the customer in the loop
Send a customer a quick WhatsApp message from a set of ready-made lines, or call them, without leaving the order.

When the signal drops
Status changes made out of coverage are held and sent as soon as you reconnect, so nothing you do on the road gets lost.

Available in English, Malay, Chinese Simplified and Chinese Traditional, in light or dark.
