It will take you days to reach the support number which actually replies. Good luck with the emails. The app doesn't work out of the box. There has to be multiple back and forth to get things working. They update app to change ratings, but don't want to spend on engineers who can make this a better customer experience. I would give less than one start. - been 15 days - took lifetime subscription of mobile and desktop, both don't work. They are not providing refund!

I have been a paid up premium member of this app for over two years now but recently, I suspect they must have lost their tech team because the glitches just kept piling up. We found work arounds to keep the app working but the final straw (which caused me to rate 3 stars) was when attempting to renew my membership. That hasn't worked. Even with customer service and email, they never respond. I had also upgraded to the desktop model, that too never worked either. What a waste!

I am so so pissed. I paid for the premium. It takes forever to send messages. I've created a group twice today but can't find it. Then the app can't read all my contacts especially newly added contacts. They just don't show in the app, he'll a lot of contacts don't show in the app and the app skIps a lot of contacts when sending the broadcasts. It pisses me off that I have to pay so much and get frustrated all the time. I paid for this even though it cost more than the first tool I had because
