CleanFlo is the app for UK cleaning businesses and the people who work for them. It is for existing CleanFlo business accounts and their cleaners: sign in with the login you already have.

For business owners and managers
• Plan the week on a rota, assign jobs to your cleaners and see what is booked at a glance
• Keep every client's details, addresses, access notes and job history in one place
• Raise quotes and invoices, and keep track of what has been paid
• Record staff details, time and expenses
• Keep health and safety paperwork and job records on file
• Message your team and send notifications to their phones

For cleaners
• See your own jobs for the day, with the address, access notes and checklist
• Clock in and out at the property
• Tick off tasks, add notes and take photos as you go
• Keep working with no signal: the day is saved on your phone, and everything you record syncs when you are back online
• Use the app in your own language, with 27 languages supported
• Unlock quickly with fingerprint or face unlock, where your phone supports it

Built for cleaning
CleanFlo is made for domestic, commercial and specialist cleaning companies, from a single cleaner to a growing team. Job photos and notes are kept with the job, so you have a clear record of the work that was done.

Getting started
CleanFlo has no in-app purchases. Business owners manage their account and team from their existing CleanFlo account. Cleaners are invited by their employer and sign in with the login they have been sent.
