WheelAround Rentals provides mobility equipment — electric scooters, wheelchairs, knee walkers, rollators, and more — delivered directly to customers' hotels, homes, and other locations across the Washington D.C. metro area. This app is the internal tool that keeps that delivery operation running smoothly, built for two types of users: admins and riders.

For Admins
Monitor your business at a glance with a real-time dashboard showing active reservations, rider counts, and upcoming deliveries. Manage every reservation, and customer contact info and track status from pickup to delivery. Add and manage rider profiles, including license and vehicle details, and reset passwords when needed. Keep an eye on ongoing deliveries in real time, from pickup through drop-off.

For Riders
Riders get a personalized dashboard with ongoing, upcoming, completed, and assigned deliveries at their fingertips. Plan pickup and delivery legs with built-in route guidance, capture required photos at each stop, and mark trips as started or completed. A full delivery history keeps a record of past trips, and notifications keep riders up to date on new assignments.
