Reimbursement Drivers: For drivers on the Wheels Reimbursement program, not only do you have access to the maintenance services for your personal vehicle with included roadside support services, now the app’s Trip Log and GPS AutoLog make documenting your reimbursable business trips a breeze. Trips documented here can be directly submitted for reimbursement. You won't need to use the spreadsheet method anymore! With this capability, you allow your phone to capture your business driving during set hours, and you can augment the default trip descriptions with notes and business reasons for your trips.

Ratings and reviews

This is an absolute turd of an app. You essentially have to attempt to log in at least 3 times every time to get it to work. Then you set automatic logging, and it will just up and quit at random times. I will then have to go back in and manually add my trips, which is very frustrating. Doing that is no simple task either as it will sometimes not recognize the address and will not let me add the trip. You can also not edit previous trips as the edit figure just freezes the app. Absolute junk!

When you can login, it sort of works as intended. Auto trip tracker works sometimes, when it feels like it, for a few days at a time if you're lucky.

This is an app made for companies, not the end user. Clunky and barely works. You have to open the app every morning to make sure it's doing what it's supposed to do otherwise it might not. If your ride hours end at 5p but you're in the middle of a ride WHY WOULD YOU STOP TRACKING?! Why can't you force start a drive outside of your set hours? Sometimes you have to be somewhere early or late but with this app, nope you can't do that. Awful app and the designer should feel bad for making it.
